Meet Walter Johnson: The real estate investor who did so well owning ONE mobile home park that he retired at age 27. And what's better... He got bored and went back to work!

His experience comes from buying real estate that was based on appreciation and not cash flow. At first, he was losing $250k per month in value in 2008.

Today, Walter runs Sonos Capital, a multi-million dollar private company investing in Manufactured Home Parks and Apartment Buildings. He was recently appointed by Governor John Giles to serve on the Housing & Community Development Advisory Board of Mesa, Arizona. He also garnered national recognition for his efforts in providing affordable housing and constructing communities tailored to middle-class families.
