In this episode of the Millionaire Mindcast, we have joined by an incredible guest, Sterling Hawkins who talked about his epic stories of entrepreneurship, lessons learned from a downfall of a multi-dollar startup, advice on taking oneself to the next level, chasing and going through discomfort, hunting the truth in you and your business, building courage, and the importance of taking space to step back!
Sterling Hawkins is an author, investor and entrepreneur, a keynote speaker, and founder of the #NoMatterWhat movement, where he runs workshops and helps people and companies achieve the results they want and realize greater potential regardless of the circumstances. Likewise, he invests and grows over 50 companies where he works with C-level teams and speaks on stages around the world. He has been featured in fancy magazines like Inc. Magazine, Fast Company, The New York Times and Forbes.
This amazing man shifted himself from a default doesn’t matter culture to a really intentional and inspired no matter what culture. When Sterling hit the bottom part of his life, he started to realize he did something wrong. Thus, he gives himself a space to step back and starts picking up himself and building up again. He found the framework on how to go through whatever it is that he’s facing. He chose to hunt and go through the discomfort to see the momentum.
