Austin Carroll is a husband, father, team owner, teacher, board game enthusiast, a community-builder, an award-winning realtor, investor, managing partner at Philotes LLC, and lead agent/owner at The Blue Key Team of Keller Williams Flagship, a residential real estate company that serves clients interested in buying or selling a home in the Greater Baltimore Area including Baltimore City, Columbia, Ellicott City, Annapolis, and Washington DC. The Blue Key Team has a production volume of $24 million and 70+ transactions annually.
Real estate is Austin's true passion. He is an expert in helping first time home buyers and individuals who are interested in house hacks or learning to invest. He is also passionate about educating his clients on the home buying process and teaches monthly seminars for free. Austin routinely receives awards for his real estate sales production including recognition as a 30 under 30 candidate for Baltimore Real Producers Magazine, and #1 out of 500 agents at his brokerage in Maryland.
