In this episode of the Millionaire Mindcast, we have a remarkable guest, Rob Dial who shares his entrepreneurial journey; his secret sauce to create viral content and videos, a piece of advice on how to avoid burning out on your job, and creates a successful and stress-free life, following your calling while changing people’s lives!

Rob Dial is a speaker, a viral content creator, mindset mentor, personal growth enthusiast and a coach who teaches coaches and consultants how to build and monetize their followings & make 6-7 figures online. He is the Founder of Mindset & Motivation Podcast with 30M+ downloads and that is consistently ranked in iTunes top 100 podcasts in the world out of 700,000+. Traveling is his big passion. In 2012, Rob took a solo trip to Europe and backpacked for 3 months, covering 11 countries and 26 cities.

Ever since Rob shows potential in speaking and selling. He was selling Cutco knives when he was 19 years old and opened an office when he was 21 years old. He decided to drop out from school to do it fulltime and recruited over 2,000 people and taught them how to sell knives. He was working 110 hours a week and later on left the job because of burnt out. Thinking of ways to earn money while doing his passion.

Sooner, Rob finds out he loves doing sales coaching and he became interested in personal and spiritual development. He loves standing in front of people & teaching them stuff because he feels obligated to share his knowledge. He started his podcast to positively impact the lives of others from lessons he has learned through 14 years of self-development.

He works towards being consistent especially with his podcast, on creating videos and content. Training his audience to know what to expect from him and when to expect it. He makes sure he doesn’t miss uploading episodes on a regular basis. Rob continues growing financially while doing something that he loved without the feeling of being burnt-out.

According to his research, 85% of people spend their majority of life with the job that they hate. For him, it would be better to actually do something that you love and make less money at it than doing the contrary. Doing a job that you hate is not a good example for your children and it does not show up to your fullest as a parent because you’re tired from work.

Currently, Rob has more time doing things he loves like traveling around the world and more connecting with nature. To him, everything feels so much more effortless because Rob is not trying to force anything but trying to allow things.
