Rob Aigner is a serial entrepreneur, investor, owner and operator of Keller Williams, a certified trainer, and MAPS Coach at Keller Williams Realty, Inc, and is a change agent. He has helped countless others make difficult choices and significant changes in their lives while making major pivots on his own.
In 2002, Rob entered the real estate industry and soon held high-level leadership roles at Keller Williams Realty as CEO of the Beverly Hills location which sold over $1.3 billion of real estate per year. Rob currently has ownership in 8 Keller Williams locations throughout California as well as other businesses.
Rob is from a family with so many life challenges. Born the son of two holocaust survivors but trials were not a hindrance to step up in life. During his childhood, Rob’s mother has owned a beauty salon, and currently, his parents own apartment buildings. Therefore, Rob was oriented in business at a very young age but didn’t dive into it.
Until in his late 30’s, Rob was working in the corporate world held executive positions in advertising and marketing where he made a transition into the entertainment space, and finally into real estate. Influenced by Tim Ferriss, Rob got into the business because he wanted to have freedom. Freedom to be his own boss, to work the way he wanted to work, to generate passive income and financial freedom, and more importantly, to have freedom of time to focus on his family, fitness, and health. As to him, time is what he’s appreciating the most.
Apparently, Rob started in business with a bad economy but got through that and succeeds 12 years later. During his startup, Rob needs to work harder because he was intimidated by the people around him thinking that they were smarter than him. This was a good thing for him to weaponize himself and scale in business.
Now, Rob owned 10 businesses and is still moving forward towards his goals. He makes sure that he never misses any opportunities and always feels grateful in everything he has right now. As taught by his parents the gratitude, it serves him as a guide especially in his entrepreneurial journey. When failure hits him, gratitude makes him realize that he is still a winner and motivates him to stand up, strive, and never gives up.
Rob always keeps things simple and minimalistic without shortchanging himself for his family. He makes sure that everything is in balance between himself, his family, and his business. But despite his success, Rob admits that he still has fears today. Still battling it and fighting it every time in business. But through his good habits and practices, he will overcome those fears and in the end, possibly win the game!
